These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the rules for using the OATL eLearning System (the "System").

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using the System, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the System.

2. Purpose of the System

The System is designed to provide users with access to real question papers to help them prepare for exams and is not a substitute for a classroom education.

3. Content

The System will utilize question papers and books from various exam boards and authors, with permission either already granted or in the process of being requested.

You are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, license, or otherwise use the content without the prior written consent of the OATL or the respective owners of the content.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the System only for its intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the System in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the System or interfere with any other party's use of the System;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the System, or access the System by any means other than through the interfaces that are provided by the OATL;
• Use the System to engage in any illegal conduct;
• Use the System to submit, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the OATL immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other breach of security.
